A. VISITORS, USERS, AND PARTICIPANTS.

We categorize interactions with ConnectGo Services into three types:

  1. Visitors: Individuals who visit our website without registering.
  2. Users: Individuals who register and create an account.
  3. Participants: Individuals who participate in surveys by invitation from our Users.

B. PERSONAL DATA

  1. Visitors: We do not collect or store personal information such as email addresses from Visitors.

  2. Participants: We do not store email addresses from Participants invited to engage in inquiries. Users may need these email addresses to invite Participants, but we only store a hash that does not allow email addresses to be retrieved. This hash enables us to track responses without knowing the identity of Participants.

  3. Breaking Anonymity: Participants may choose to share personal details like email addresses during inquiries. This is entirely at the Participant's discretion.

  4. Users: We process personal data for Users who create accounts to use our applications. Detailed information about what data we collect, how we process it, and your rights under the EU GDPR is provided in Section E of this policy.

C. GENERAL/PERSONAL INFORMATION OF USERS

  1. Required Information: To register, Users must provide their full name, organization name, and email address. For purchasing services, additional payment/invoicing information is required.
  2. Agreement to Policies: By creating an account, Users agree to this Privacy policy and our Terms of Service.
  3. Account Registration: Visitors can sign up for an account by providing their name and email address. This data will be stored securely.
  4. Account Inactivity: If a User does not log in for six months, we will send a reminder email. If there is no response after one month, the account and all associated data will be deleted.
